I’m @ericprhodes. I’ve helped people connect with brands, products, and services in meaningful ways for two decades. I also like to read nonfiction books, write about my mental health journey, and make digital art.
I’m currently the Founder of a stealth startup at the intersection of fine art and blockchain technology, aka Decentralized Art (#DeArt).
Before the startup, I was a designer at Twitter, Google, and MLBAM. I also worked in the book publishing industry for nearly a decade. My side projects include @eric_draws_sara, LinkedIn hacks, for gig workers, and Second Realm, my digital art studio in New Jersey.
More about my career:
At Twitter, I led efforts to improve employee and agent experiences for the global support operations organization. Before joining Twitter, I was a founding member of Google’s hardware customer experience team. I came to the hardware division from the Advanced Technologies and Products innovation lab, where I was a lead on projects including customer care and retail customer service. Prior to Google, I was a marketing lead at Major League Baseball and HarperCollins Publishing. Originally from New Jersey, I live in the SF Bay Area with my wife, Jenn, and dog, Ralphie.
